As a Program Manager of NCD Prevention and Control for Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services, Ferdinant Sonyuy Mbiydzenyuy has experience in health promotion. Ferdinant is placed at Plant it Forward in Houston, TX, to help integrate health promotion and disease prevention into the core of the business strategy and strengthen the services through strategic planning and advocacy. Upon returning to Cameroon, Ferdinant plans to pilot an urban gardens initiative in the city of Bamenda to make healthy foods available to those who need it and advocate for food security.
