As the President for the Education Reinforcement Association (ERA), James Philippe Coqmard has experience in management, social leadership, youth empowerment, and child education. James is placed at United Global Outreach in Orlando, FL, to identify and apply for grants and awards that can help fund their work on the development of Transformation Village in Bithlo and manage the development of at least one of their social entrepreneurship ventures in the Bithlo community. Upon returning to Haiti, James plans to create a facility that finds resources to reinforce education for the youth of Haiti.
