As a Curator at TEDxAktobe, Lyailya Islamova has experience in facilitating professional development and helping youth in the Aktobe region to find employment. Lyailya Islamova is placed at PEARLS for Teen Girls in Milwaukee, WI, where she will assist with developing partnership opportunities, fundraising efforts, and providing trainings on public speaking and leadership skills. Upon returning to Kazakhstan, Lyailya Islamova plans to develop an initiative that aims to train youth in vocational and entrepreneurial skills.
