As a Founder and Director for Her Empowerment, Marth Rizalex Kandali Polla has experience coaching young girls into STEM fields, and advocating for womens empowerment. Marth Rizalex Kandali Polla is placed at Girls Inc. Long Island in New York, NY, to assist in the development of their STEM curriculum and program evaluations. Upon returning to Namibia, Marth plans to establish an effective STEM program and provide coaching to young girls in disadvantaged communities.
