As a Programmes Assistant for Nduna Zimbabwe Trust, Netsai Emmanuellie Zuze has experience in promoting and training ICT skills to girls and young women from disadvantaged backgrounds as a measure to break down gender discrimination barriers and provide girls with equal opportunities for growth and development. Netsai Emmanuellie Zuze is placed at Byte Back in Washington, DC, where she will be learning about inclusive tech training that will lead to living wage careers for young women and girls. Upon returning to Zimbabwe, Netsai Emmanuellie Zuze plans to Start an ICT program that provides leadership development to young women and girls in rural areas.
