As the Founder and Executive Director for Transformative Community Development Initiatives, Robinson Musenge Sondashi has experience implementing community projects that support women and youth entrepreneurship and empowerment. Robinson Musenge Sondashi is placed at The Association to Preserve the Eatonville Community in Eatonville, FL, where he will help the team to plan the annual Zora Neale Hurston festival through community engagement and fundraising support. Upon returning to Zambia, Robinson plans to start an initiative named "Capable Woman", which will respond to the growing needs of poor women, unemployed, and women who lack education and support in accessing empowerment services.
