As a Founder and CEO for Power to Girls Foundation and DriveHER, Aisha Addo has experience in project management, strategic planning, visioning, facilitation skills, and management. During the fellowship, Aisha Addo aims to create new networks, learn new strategies and skills to scale her ventures, and build relationships with like-minded individuals for potential collaborations and partnerships. Upon returning to Canada, Aisha Addo plans to scale and sustain both Power to Girls and DriveHER with all that she learns from the YLAI Fellowship.
