As a Chemist and Founder for Alquimist, Aline Machado has experience creating new vegan and natural beauty products with new formulas and with biodegradable and/or returnable packaging. During the fellowship, Aline Machado aims to learn about undertaking action plans and developing working capital. Upon returning to Brazil, Aline Machado, plans to be the only 100% sustainable cosmetics brand. She hopes to give workshops and lectures to students from public schools and universities. Her long-term dream is to start a re-fill cosmetics store.
