As a Consultant/Owner for ACP Service Intelligence, Amira Correa-Pelayo has experience in assisting individuals and businesses to succeed through coaching, customer service training, and by providing innovative business solutions. During the fellowship, Amira aims to learn innovative customer service techniques, how to be a valuable consultant for different lines of business, and how to structure her consultancy for growth. Upon returning to Belize, Amira plans to apply the knowledge acquired to assist individuals and businesses as they seek to improve and grow. She is confident that her new skills and insights will not only help her clients; they will also have a positive trickle-down effect, benefitting the economy of Belize.
