As a Founder and Creative Director for Tremendo Estudio, Ana Vega has experience in digitizing small and medium companies to promote their brand on different platforms, allowing them to expand their client portfolio and create stronger relationships with current customers. During the fellowship, Ana aims to learn about business financial strategies and the systematization of daily tasks. Upon returning to Mexico, Ana plans to improve internal processes to become effective in managing working hours and maintaining competitive costs. She would like to grow 25% annually to reach 100 active customers over a period of 4 years. This would result in creating approximately 15 new jobs in the established period, thus improving the job positions and salaries of current employees.
