As a Manager for Ayudando a Honduras, Diaz Bonilla has experience in leadership, teamwork, organizing, planning, creativity, efficiency, and change management, and is focused on achieving objectives that will ensure the growth of the organization. During the fellowship, Arnaldo aims to learn about social impact, finances, and gain new strategies for success.
