As the Operations Director for Beanario Software, Carlos Atahualpa Erazo has experience in software development, project management, customer relationships, and overseeing and ensuring continuity in the day-to-day operations of business. He has since co-founded two more startups that are generating significant revenue and expanding into the regional market. During the fellowship, Carlos aims to gain knowledge about his industry, learn how to grow his business and prepare it for international markets, and acquire new skills in responsible and effective leadership, strategic thinking, and coaching. Upon returning to Honduras, Carlos Atahualpa Erazo plans to increase his business’s portfolio, generate employment for others, and spark a regional tech hub in Honduras that caters to international customers with world-class standards.
