As the founder of NOYADESIGNS Inc., Christina Gwira has experience in the delegation and management of small and medium teams as they execute digital marketing campaigns. Christina has created marketing campaigns and brought them to life using video, social media, graphic and web design elements and assets, and data-backed digital marketing strategies. Christina has more than 10 years’ experience working with Wordpress as a content management system as well as coding in HTML, CSS, and PHP. Christina is also able to move fluidly through the entire Adobe Creative Suite, including, but not limited to, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. During the fellowship, Christina aims to learn how to supercharge her sales workflow for herself and her team and thus position her business to attract and serve small, medium, and large non-profit organizations. Christina also seeks to feel more at home with networking and establishing mutually beneficial mentor/mentee relationships as she comes into her 10th year of entrepreneurship. Upon returning to Canada, Christina plans to further grow her business into a recognized digital marketing firm that meets and surpasses the digital design needs of local and international non-profits. She also intends to become a resource, supporter, and beacon of hope for underprivileged black youth and children who desire to escape their current situations through the creative arts and free enterprise.
