As the Founder of TECHPLUS, Damian Lewis has experience in mobile hardware and software repairs. During the fellowship, Damian aims to learn about the fundamentals of business expansion, workforce development, and smart entrepreneurship. Upon returning to Dominica, Damian plans to bridge the gap for youth development by providing better employment opportunities to his peers.
