As a Co-founder for Ecosativa Organic Biofertilizers, Daniel Lassevich has experience in microbiology research and sales. During the fellowship, Daniel aims to learn how to organize and delegate tasks, overcome the challenges of scaling a biofertilizers business, and manage the finances of an entrepreneurial enterprise. Upon returning to Uruguay, Daniel Lassevich plans to design a strategy to make a qualitative and quantitative leap, focusing on two priority areas: the research and development of biofertilizers, and taking steps to improve production, marketing, and sales relative to his target market.
