As the Founder and CEO of the social enterprise Mulheres do Sul Global (Women of the Global South), Emanuela has experience in developing an original social impact model focusing on the economic empowerment of refugee women. During the fellowship, Emanuela aims to learn strategies and methodologies for scaling impact companies, securing key partnerships, and maintaining the financial health of the business. Upon returning to Brazil, Emanuela plans to replicate her business model to other states that face serious employability challenges for refugee immigrants.
