As the Managing Director of Gwen Inspires and Fathers of Curaçao, the male importance awareness movement, Gwendeline Leuteria has experience in creating courses for individuals and families, workshops, lectures, and social classes at schools to emphasize the importance of self-development and strong, healthy family cycles. During the fellowship, Gwendeline aims to learn about strategic and innovative ways to collaborate with the government and schools. She also wants to learn how to grow her social business to serve her community through her foundation. Upon returning to Curaçao, Gwendeline plans to work on a strategic plan to grow her online business. She will also continue to plan for the second annual International Men’s Day in November 2020. Locally, her goal is to offer her social program in at least three more schools in the first year after her return. She also looks forward to sharing what she has learned during her YLAI experiences with her followers in Curaçao and the Netherlands.
