As a Founder and President of JCI St. Maarten, just rebranded as SXM A.C.T.I.O.N (Aspiring Change To Impact Our Nation), Hemwattie Claudius has experience in accounting, project management and customer service for ecommerce businesses. During the fellowship, Hemwattie aims to learn about supply chain management, organizational structure, and marketing for successful growth. Upon returning to Sint Martin, Hemwattie plans to apply the skills developed and knowledge gained from the fellowship to enhance her organization and provide more development opportunities to create a sustainable community.
