As an Owner for Bee U Nique, Janiece Saunders has experience in time management, reliability, customer service, and honesty. During the fellowship, Janiece aims to learn about creating a greater social impact though beekeeping and hydroponic farming in communities and developing innovative agricultural practices. Upon returning to the Bahamas, Janiece intends to create another hydroponic system to be used in a greenhouse setting, another 3 designated hives to pollinate crops, and introduce a monthly Farmer's market and beekeeping workshops in the community.
