As a Co-Founder and Commercial Director for Subasta Ganadera Nuevo Leon (Cattle Auction Center), Jesus Adrian Leal Tamez has experience in developing and implementing strategic projects in the automotive and agricultural sectors to improve each supply chain. During the fellowship, Adrian aims to create partnerships with cattle feedlot companies, learn about finance and accounting to develop a solid financial structure for his company, and grow his network of technology and financial experts. Upon returning to Mexico, Adrian plans to lead the development of an online cattle trade platform where the Mexican cattle can be traded directly to final buyers.
