Igor Dubina is a Professor of Mathematical Economics at Altai State University.  He teaches courses on Economic Game Theory, Applied Statistical Analysis and Creative Problem Solving.  Dr. Dubina received his Doctorate of Sciences in 2012 from Novosibirsk State University and his PhD in Social Sciences from Omsk State University in 1999. Dr. Dubina was a JFDP Visiting Scholar (2004-2005) and Fulbright Visiting Scholar (2010-2011) at the George Washington University School of Business.  He has published a number of works on creativity and innovation management and mathematical economic methods. While in the US, he plans to develop a set of new mathematical game-theoretic models and a living lab approach to study economic behavior and strategies and to apply these to the field of innovation management.  He will work with Dr. Elias Carayannis, Professor of Science, Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the George Washington University School of Business.
