As a Creative Director for Plásti.co, Leonel Monterrosa has experience in product design, the supervision of a production line, project management, and decision making. During the fellowship, Leonel aims to learn about social impact, project strategy and finance. Upon returning to El Salvador, Leonel plans to see Plásti.co reach its full potential, addressing social, economic, and educational problems in el Salvador’s national context.
