As a Co-Founder and General Manager for Biomatec, Marco Chaves has experience directing multiple projects that contributes to the fight against climate change. During the fellowship, Marco aims to learn more about strategic planning, and financial and marketing tools. Upon returning to Costa Rica, Marco plans to accelerate the growth of his company and expand to other countries in Central America and the Caribbean.
