As a Founder and CEO for Iniciativa Venezolana para el Desarrollo Positivo Adolescente (IVEDPA) (Venezuelan Positive Youth Development Initiative), Mariana Ponce La Rosa has experience in developing, personalizing, and adapting programs specifically designed to promote positive youth development (PYD). During the fellowship, Mariana aims to learn about strategies for scaling, marketing, sales processes for business expansion, and how to secure funding from international organizations to execute the programs even more successfully. Upon returning to Venezuela, Mariana plans to further the development of the IVEDPA and La Burbuja for its expansion within the next two years.
