As a Co-founder of Craft De Spice, Réhanna has gained valuable experience in participating in several events and competitions to propel the business forward while keeping its goals and objectives at the forefront. As a YLAI fellow, Réhanna’s goal is to learn different approaches to partnership strategy, widen her network of specialists in the creative fields of Business and makeup artistry, and to develop a working action plan for her audience. Upon her return to Grenada Réhanna hopes to implement her new strategy in Craft De Spice, in order to realize her company’s mission and vision and bridge the gap in the Business sector.
