As Founder of Zayvha Sarai, Ronelli Requena has experience in designing and producing bridal gowns and pattern making. During the fellowship, Ronelli Requena aims to learn about effective Financial and Business Management strategies as well as marketing and branding strategies. Upon returning to Belize, Ronelli Requena plans to implement effective management skills and develop a mission and vision statement for the business, as a guiding principle to improve communication and networking with both employees and clients.
