As the Founder and general manager for GALA Jewels Bisuteria, Josue Gabrie has experience in customer service, building a large client portfolio, and negotiating with vendors from China and the USA. During the fellowship, Josue aims to learn about how to properly manage the financial area of a business, how to create strategic planning for a growing company and find a way to boost sales through social media. Upon returning to Honduras, Josue plans to strategically create a business plan primarily focused on sales, marketing, and finances that will ensure steady, long-term growth for his business.
