As a Founder for Plataforma 5 Coding Bootcamp, Santiago Scanlan has experience in creating companies in the tech education sector, managing teams for growth and changing people’s lives by teaching them how to code. During the fellowship, Santiago aims to learn about how to scale companies and accelerate growth. Upon returning to Argentina, Santiago plans to expand the operations of his Coding Bootcamp in order to increase the number of programmers in Argentina, putting a heavy focus in minorities and low-income students to help them change their realities.
