As an interdisciplinary team coordinator for ES Ingeniería, Sebastian Gustavo Eluani has experience in programming, coordinating, and executing the activities of highly complex projects for interdisciplinary teams. During the fellowship, Sebastian aims to explore market share expansion strategies to scale the structure of company associates. He also hopes to learn how to develop financial strategies to preserve the company revenue in a crisis context. Upon returning to Argentina, Sebastian plans to implement an expansion plan throughout Argentina to enhance the potential of small enterprises to impact society.
