As a Designer and Mentor at Eldorado Development Institute and Founder at Creative Studio Questo, Yasmim Barreto de Sousa has experience in creating products and services focused on innovation aimed entirely at the user experience. During the fellowship, Yasmim aims to learn management techniques, how to plan for financial growth, add other skills necessary to achieve business excellence, and develop innovative user-oriented products. Upon returning to Brazil, Yasmim plans to expand her organization´s courses, lectures, and workshops to acquire enough financial capital to invest in the manufacture of social scholarships and innovative products.
