Marina I. Todorovska is the finance and admin officer for the YouThink project in North Macedonia.

Marina is responsible for providing financial and administrative support, leading preparation of financial reports, and maintaining compliance with the local government, USAID, and IREX regulations. She works closely with program leadership and IREX's headquarters on accounting, staffing, procurement, logistics, subgrant management, and operations. Marina is directly responsible for performing day-to-day financial operations, preparing internal and external reports, managing bookkeeping, and processing payments and payroll for personnel and external partners.

Prior to joining IREX, Marina served as a finance manager at the East-West Management Institute’s Skopje branch office on USAID’s Civic Engagement Project, where she provided finance, audit, accounting, and administrative support in close coordination with local partners. She also served as outreach finance manager on cross-country projects in North Macedonia and three other countries: Greece, Bulgaria, and Albania.

Marina graduated from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University with a bachelor of arts in political science. She is fluent in Macedonian, English, and Serbian, and has extensive experience in diverse financial management and human resources programs.
