Dorah Caroline Mafabi
Dorah Caroline Mafabi is a lawyer with four years of experience implementing projects that focus on empowering communities to demand good governance and greater transparency and accountability from their leaders. As Executive Director of the Center for Social and Economic Rights Protection, Mafabi focuses on programming that promotes good governance and accountability. While in the U.S., Mafabi worked in Sacramento with the League of Women Voters of California, learning new skills for more effectively educating citizens about their rights and engaging them in decision-making processes. Having finished the Community Solutions Program, Mafabi is working to prepare communities for the 2016 elections through grassroots programming that empowers communities to participate in civic and political processes.
