As a teacher and disability rights advocate, Angeline Akai Lodi has several years of experience advocating for disability rights in education, employment, and accessibility. For her follow-on project in Kenya, Angeline plans to advocate for persons with disabilities and work with employers to promote the employment and retention of persons with disabilities in formal and informal sectors.

Angeline will be placed at the World Institute on Disability in Berkeley, CA to participate in training sessions to learn about conflict resolution, grant writing, resource mobilization, and networking.
