As the Programs Coordinator of Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) -Zimbabwe, Ntandoyenkosi Dumani engages with partners in designing, implementing, and monitoring projects funded by FES within his portfolio of youth and women, empowers youth and women to build agency and meaningfully participate in issues of social justice and democracy, and facilitates strategic planning, knowledge management and continuous learning for his team. While in the U.S., Dumani worked with CORO Centre for Civic Leadership in Pittsburgh, where he designed and led leadership trainings and conducted an assessment with current participants and alumni to help understand the impact of CORO programs. Since his return to Zimbabwe, Dumani has focused his efforts on leading the Youth Leadership Training Program of FES - Zimbabwe and leading the Young Feminists Working Group on Social Justice and Democracy.
