As a Management Information Systems Engineer for Orange Liberia, Israel Z. Kollie has experience driving innovative forums, using technology for change, building social and environmental technology tools, and providing free training to youth. For his follow-on project in Liberia, Israel plans to launch a waste management platform project for youth.

Israel will be placed at the Power Shift Network in Washington, DC to leverage the technical skills that they have in order to lead on tech-related solutions to be an effective change-maker.
