As a Program Manager for Heka Leka, Mega M. Pattiasina has experience promoting the importance of student-centered education and youth empowerment in community development. For her follow-on project in Indonesia, Mega plans to develop a holistic module on youth empowerment in community development and social enterprise.

Mega will be placed at the Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) in New Orleans, LA to learn about running a nonprofit organization professionally and effective community development strategies through youth empowerment and social enterprise.
