As a Team Lead for SportCares - The Philanthropic Arm of the National Statutory Board Sport Singapore, Miruna Ranjan has experience using sports as a force for social good by building strategic partnerships and curating innovative sport development programs that empower marginalized communities. For her follow-on project in Singapore, Miruna plans to establish an initiative to engage marginalized girls and women to learn, play, and innovate through sports programs. Miruna hopes that the initiative will create strong advocates to empower other girls and women in their communities and beyond.

Miruna will be placed at Global Ties Kalamazoo in Kalamazoo, MI to better engage and collaborate with marginalized girls and women in their communities.
