As a Teacher at Tendruk Central School, Lobzang Dorji has experience teaching and supporting children with disabilities and supporting teachers, parents, and local leaders to promote inclusion of people with disabilities in the community. For his follow-on project in Bhutan, Lobzang plans to initiate engaging programing for children with disabilities and facilitate training and professional development workshop for teachers teaching children with disabilities.

Lobzang will be placed at The Arc of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, OK to support and work collaboratively on residential and public advocacy, support parents' and students' inclusion initiatives, and implement those strategies in Bhutan.
