As a Founder and Lead-Design and Community Outreach for ALKE, a sustainable jewelry label, Sara Nazoor has experience in mental health advocacy. For her follow-on project in Sri Lanka, Sara plans to establish a creative center where people are empowered to express themselves creatively using art, jewelry making, and other techniques. This center will also hold mental health awareness sessions, skill-based training, and other related workshops for adults and young people.

Sara will be placed at Cancer Support Montana in Bozeman, MT to work on a project related to mental health or art therapy and learn more about the systems and tools that could be implemented.
