As an Advocate and Lead Volunteer for Reach One, Teach One TT, Rhea-Simone Auguste has experience as a public speaker, facilitator, and activist for groups that work with domestic violence survivors, mental health advocacy, and neuro-divergent children's welfare. For her follow-on project in Trinidad and Tobago, Rhea-Simone plans to develop an initiative to help neuro-divergent children (ADHD/autism) access educational opportunities in line with their interests for future employment in the arts.

Rhea-Simone will be placed at Gemini Link in San Antonio, TX to better understand how to have a more structured program geared toward children or teens, including lesson plans, delivery ideas, and the administration side of programs.
