Livia Aninosanu has 12 years of experience as a Programs Director and Gender Expert with the Center for Partnership and Equality, working on issues related to gender equality, workplace discrimination and diversity, human trafficking, and non-stereotypical education. While in the U.S., Aninosanu worked at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, learning new strategies and techniques to create open, diverse and gender-sensitive classrooms and to support children and teenagers who are vulnerable, at a disadvantage, or have experienced traumatic events. Having completed the Community Solutions Program, Aninosanu is working on developing the abilities of parents and educators to support gender-sensitive, diverse, and inclusive education for primary school children.
