Alvaro works in the Education sector leading Yatina – MAD Team – Space Mission. The fellow leads a nonprofit organization that specializes in education and scientific and technological research for disadvantaged high school students. The organization addresses the need for free education for disadvantaged students who are passionate about science and technology. The fellow provides education to solve social problems, and the service is unique because it provides a 100% free education. During the COVID-19 crisis, the fellow has helped students by providing free equipment and access to the internet. The organization promotes equality of education for all and, especially, for marginalized indigenous students. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Alvaro’s top business challenge is Finance.
