Andres Vasquez
Andres works in the Food & Beverages sector leading Grinsup. The fellow is a food scientist who uses Colombian agricultural waste to create food for tomorrow. Grinsup targets Colombian food companies that are seeking high-quality natural raw powdered materials at an affordable price in response to growing public demand for chemical-free products that are sustainably produced. Unlike other Colombian companies that use spray-drying methods to produce powdered fruits and vegetables that contain additives such as maltodextrin, Grinsup’s products are completely natural. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Andres’ top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion.
