Franccis works in the Arts and Culture sector leading Capaz Perú. The fellow is a cultural manager who directs projects that promote access to cultural and educational rights for the disabled community. Their primary customers are people with disabilities, whether from companies, organizations, or public and private institutions that wish to be trained in disability issues. The beneficiaries and allies are the community with disabilities that participate in the design of projects, generating employment. The action methodology is based on integrated arts and the democratic view of them, promoting inclusion rather than the typical discrimination due to disability.
