Jodie works in the Youth Empowerment sector as leader of Team Matilde. The fellow is a scientific researcher, social entrepreneur, and professor leading local and international female leadership research, NGOs, and social campaigns. Team Matilde is a virtual consultation and support space for female entrepreneurs from 20 to 35 years old. They frequently offer free personal and organizational training programs that appeal to those responsible for leadership, gender equality, and female empowerment. Team Matilde intermittently offers gender equality pins, empowerment notebooks, and augmented reality t-shirts from their registered artwork “Team Matilde.” When fully trained, participants receive the Pin Team Matilde as symbolic recognition.
