Julie works in the Education sector leading Codettes Girls in ICT & Innovation and is a software architect with practical experience in all aspects of technology innovation. Customers are women of all ages who are given future-proof knowledge in the fields of ICT and digital manufacturing, providing them with a skill set that allows full digital development and fast product development and enabling them to take part and excel in a male-dominated market. Soft skills training is also included in the training programs. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Julie’s top business challenge is Marketing and Sales.
