Kavelle works in the Education sector leading STEM Builders Learning Hub. The fellow is a science educator leading a Social EdTech enterprise that focuses on building critical 21st-century skills. It is the Caribbean's only tutoring marketplace and Jamaica's first online learning platform dedicated to providing quality science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) resources, programs, and 1-to-1 tutoring for students ages 5–18 and adults in over forty STEM subjects. They make learning STEM subjects easy, fun, and convenient. Students can gain access to various high-quality STEM tutors and resources they might not otherwise access on STEM's website. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Kavelle's top business challenge is Operations.
