Mayra works in the Food and Beverages Sector, leading TEA LEA. A food engineer specializing in quality control and safety in the food industry, Mayra runs her own tea infusion business. The company’s client base comprises of customers aged between 20 and 45 years, 80% of which are females looking to lead a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. TEA LEA products owe their unique qualities to their handmade nature, organic ingredients, and absence of artificial colors and sweeteners. The natural and organic blends of teas help customers to satisfy a range a range of issues, from needing to stay alert to helping with sleep. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Mayra’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion.
