Waleska works in the Artisan Products sector leading ConPacon. Waleska makes pacón soaps and creams for different purposes using beeswax and vegetable oils. All these products are free of artificial colors and chemicals. Waleska finds old recipes with local ingredients that were used successfully for many years. The diversity of clients has led Waleska to develop products that cater to a range of needs, from those of young children to sensitive skin, and from young people who are learning about natural care with these products to older people who already know about some of the ingredients. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Waleska’s top business challenge is Law and Policy.
