Yodi works in the Food and Beverage Sector, leading Delight Cane SAS. A logistics and international trade professional, Yodi runs an agro-industrial company with the aim of supporting the growth and development of Colombian sugar cane farmers. Delight Cane SAS produces organic panela (sugar cane) in different forms—namely, organic blackstrap molasses and sugar cane syrup—and products made with organic panela, such as almonds and peanuts baked with panela. The customer base includes retail outlets, organic food stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Yodi prides Delight Cane SAS on its unique social and environmental commitments—taking care of clients through organic and healthier options to refined sugar and educating clients on different ways to consume Panela. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Yodi’s top business challenge is marketing and sales.
